St. Eadburgha is a white rinded cheese similar to brie, made in the foothills of the Cotswold hills. It was a gold medal winner at the British Cheese Awards and is always popular. Burford is made in Kingham. Milk from Jersey cows is used to make a firm cheese with a slightly nutty flavour.
