The Cotswold Cheese Company have shops in Burford, Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Campden. A visit to their cheese counter will introduce you to some wonderful products. St. Eadburgha is a white rinded cheese similar to brie, made in the foothills of the Cotswold hills. It was a gold medal winner at the British Cheese Awards and is always popular. Burford is made in Kingham. Milk from Jersey cows is used to make a firm cheese with a slightly nutty flavour.
