Excitement is mounting for the Royal International Air Tatoo at RAF Fairford that starts tomorrow. During the week a range of aircraft have been flying in preparation for this amazing air show. The Red Arrows will of course be displaying, the Vulcan will be making its last appearance at the show and numerous other military and historic aircraft will be taking to the skies. It promises to be a spectacular year for the Royal International Air Tatoo.
Guests staying at Daisy Chain will be able to sit on the balcony and see the action in the distance! This photo was sent to us by a guest last year when he watched the Red Arrows displaying. I love the seagull joining in!
The countdown is on for this year's Royal International Air Tattoo at Fulford which runs from 11th – 14th July. There really will be something for all the family.
This year Disney will be at the Tattoo on Sunday 13th to advertise the movie that they will be releasing in August – 'Planes 2: Fire & Rescue' Disney will be keeping children entertained with their re-vamped fire truck and lots of fun activities for all the family. 'Planes 2 Fire & Rescue' is a comedy adventure about being given second chances. It features a dynamic crew of elite firefighting aircraft who are devoted to protecting the historic Piston Peak National Park from raging wildfire. It certainly looks like it will be a hit movie with families this summer.
