Birdwatching in Cotswold Water Park

With Spring beginning to show itself, the first migratory birds are due to show themselves in the Water Park over the next few days. Last year the first Sand Martin was reported in the Water Park on 11th March. The first migrants have been seen in the UK with Wheatears being recorded on the south coast and Ospreys in South Wales. In April and May, warblers will arrive back in the area along with Nightingales and Hobbies.

Little Owls continue to be seen in the Water Park, and our guests last week took this photo through their telescope.
